The PEI Pasty.

It's our take on the traditional Cornish Pasty from the UK, packed with stewed local beef, PEI potatoes, a touch of turnip for tradition and sweetness, then seasoned with garlic and rosemary.

Think of a hearty beef stew wrapped up in a buttery, flaky, local whole wheat pastry.

Made by a chef-led crew, right here on Prince Edward Island.

Bake some up for supper tonight and taste what all the hype is about!

It's a sweet pie sort of a production day here in Albany, with these beauties rolled out as far as the eye can see.

Buttery, flaky pastry, paired with fillings like apple cinnamon, strawberry rhubarb, local wild blueberry cranberry, and of COURSE we have pumpkin.
