For this collaboration handpie we make some super rich Scalloped potatoes that feature @cows_creamery Smoked Appletree Cheddar, then roast and shred some amazing ham, and wrap them up together in our @adl_pei buttery pastry that features local organic Red Fife wheat flour from @crystalgreenfarms.

In stock only at our Albany location, and definitely a most excellent reason to stop by and see us soon!
